The purpose of the case manager's activities:to provide the necessary support to the beneficiaries of the project (in particular, managing the cases of children returned from deportation or TOT).
requests from citizens who are supported in the project;
identifying the need for pedagogical support of children who have returned from deportation and coordinating the provision of such support; preparing reporting documentation for the project. List of requirements for the candidate:
- higher education in a specialty (social work, social pedagogy, psychology or other related specialty);
- experience of working in the social sphere for at least 2 years;
- knowledge and skills in using case management tools;
- knowledge of legislation in the field of protection of children’s rights and social protection;
- experience of working with children, families and people from vulnerable categories;
- understanding of the specifics of the work of children’s services, social service centers and social protection;
- readiness for business trips;
- ability to work with databases, prepare reporting documents;
- ability to work in a team, ability to establish contact with other colleagues and coordinate joint tasks;
- observance of safety and protection policy norms when working with children;
- experience working in the sector of non-governmental organizations will be an advantage;
- proficiency in English will be a plus an advantage,
- proactivity, the ability to propose new solutions to improve the protection of children's rights.
