Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (further - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.
Task: providing the necessary support project beneficiaries.
Responsibilities:
- coordination of support for families whose children were returned from deportation ;
- identifying the need for pedagogical support of children who have returned from deportation, and coordinating the provision of such support;·
- coordinating the preparation and monitoring of the implementation of individual development plans for children who have returned from deportation;
- coordination of providing support to children who have returned from deportation;
- maintenance of an electronic database of supported children;
- receiving and processing requests from citizens who are supported in the project;
- forming reports and processing the necessary documentation. candidate(s):
- higher education by specialty: psychology, social pedagogy, social work or other relevant field;
- work experience in the social sphere at least 3 years;
- awareness in the field of child rights protection and social work;
- knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
- experience working with children, families and socially vulnerable segments of the population;
- understanding of the specifics of the work of children's services, centers of social services and social protection;
- experience of working in the sector of non-governmental organizations is an additional advantage;
- li>
- knowledge and skills in using case management tools;
- ability to work in a team;
- ability to identify stakeholders and determine their positions;
- readiness for business trips;
- trust and self-confidence, as well as the ability to welcome this in others;
- ability to work with databases, prepare reporting documents;
- possession in English will be an additional advantage, but not mandatory.
Working conditions:
- UMPD concludes a contract for the provision of services with an individual entrepreneur of the 3rd group;
- partly remote work: work online, work in the office, business trips around Ukraine;
