Charitable organization "Salvation Angels" Charitable Foundation is looking for a Case Manager to join its team. Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of families affected by the hostilities in Ukraine and in need of assistance.

Requirements:

• PC ownership
• Ability to maintain case management documents
• Knowledge of general concepts of case management and protection

Responsibilities:

• Identification of beneficiaries for compliance with inclusive case management
• Coordination of services
• Assessment of client needs
• Development of an individual support plan
• Interaction with family
• Maintenance of cases
• Implementation of redirects
