The "Saving Angels" Charitable Foundation is looking for a Case Manager to join its team. Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of families affected by the hostilities in Ukraine and in need of assistance.

Requirements:

• Possession of basic knowledge of case management

Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate maintenance of all forms of reporting, including filling out case files, IPR, visit reports.
• Strict compliance with the rules of confidentiality and protection of personal data of clients. Participation in supervision.
• Regular participation in individual and group supervision for analysis of complex cases, prevention of burnout and professional development.
• Completion of the case.
• Conducting a final stability assessment, documenting the achieved results and officially closing the case with the determination of the post-support plan.
