In partnership with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), with the financial support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine (UHF), we are implementing a project aimed at ensuring safe, dignified and affordable reception and accommodation conditions for evacuees and internally displaced persons with mobility impairments, older people and persons with disabilities in the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.

Identification and assessment of needs:
Perform initial identification of aid recipients (in particular, internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups)
Use standardized forms for collection data on the needs of beneficiaries.
Conduct individual needs assessments, identify vulnerabilities and risks.
Provide individual support to government institutions and other services.
Workin the community and coordination:
Interact with representatives of authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations, activists and communities to exchange information and establish effective cooperation.

Perform other tasks within the project as needed.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Experience in humanitarian projects is welcome.
Experience in providing individual consultations.
Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
Knowledge of the English language (oral and written) is an advantage.
Readiness for business trips within region.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
The ability to solve tasks and project objectives.

Psychological stability and ability to work in stressful conditions.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different groups of beneficiaries.
Knowledge of the local context or experience in the region of implementation of the project.
Willingness to participate in professional development and training events for professional development.
