"Ten April"-a public organization. suffered from the conflict, through the provision of legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, facilitating changes in legislation, involvement of communities in emergency response and search for long -term decisions, in cooperation with the authorities and supporting their potential, with a special focus on the most vulnerable groups. In its personnel policy, the NGO "Ten of April" applies the principles of equal opportunities and diversity. Under the guidance of social support coordinator and in close cooperation with other specialists, the social worker's project is entrusted with the following responsibilities:

">? To carry out the initial identification and determination of the needs of the recipients of the help by the project; to carry out individual social support of persons who need assistance in access to social services, including physical support to government agencies;

? Provide advisory individual support to facilitate social services; Redirect to other specialists of the project by receiving legal, psychological and other types of assistance; to form and register cases, workflow, in accordance with the established methodology; To select, update, supplement information about the availability and availability of certain services for the recipients of the project assistance;

">? Make regular visits to centers/places of placement of recipients for the fulfillment of the duties; to carry out humanitarian and other non-food assistance according to the established methodology, if any; interact withrepresentatives of the authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations, public activists, representatives of communities for the purpose of primary identification of recipients of assistance, when providing them assistance, for the exchange of information on opportunities; to monitor the availability of rights and freedoms for target categories, to identify the facts of discriminatory attitude to the recipients of assistance;? Participate in all meetings, meetings, committees related to the implementation of the project on behalf of management;

? submit daily reporting on the results of their work and other reporting with the frequency established by management. 

Qualification requirements:

">? Overall understanding of humanitarian principles

? Bachelor's degree of humanitarian, social sciences or other relevant industry. Humanitarian project experience is welcomed. Knowledge of oral and written Ukrainian. Knowledge of oral and written English is welcome. Excellent computer skills (ms Office).

Negotiation skills in order to facilitate the processes with interested parties of the project that have different levels of government and the ability to make decisions. Time management skills to analyze the workload, distribute priorities and maintain concentration on specific tasks. Critical thinking to objectively analyze needs and benefits and find the best solution.
