Charitable Foundation "Voices of Children" — is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the conditions of war. The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

Responsibilities:

• assessing the needs of families in the region, determining the request and the main issues;
• forming a work plan, attracting resources, specialists, and a team to their satisfaction needs of families with children;
• engagement of a network of partner organizations related to case management (educational, medical, legal assistance, organization of leisure and other recreational activities, etc.);
• provision of charitable assistance;< /li>
• monitoring of the implementation of the work plan;
• maintenance of the necessary documentation, in particular the reporting provided by the project;
• implementation of the set indicators;
• representation of the interests of clients in organizations of the state and non-state sector;
• organization and provision of services to improve the educational potential and parental competences of clients;
• organization of psychosocial work with children and their immediate environment using an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach;< /li>
• participation in the preparation of social stories and other content in order to highlight and popularize the work of the foundation.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education in the specialty "Social Work", "Social Pedagogy" and "Psychology" will be an advantage;
• experience of social work, in particular in international projects, from 1 year;
• readiness for business trips around Ukraine;
• understanding of the topic of protection of children's rights and familiarity with the legislation of Ukraine: "On education", "On preschool education", "On general secondary education", " About extracurricular education", "About vocational and technical education", "About higher education", "About prevention and counteraction of domestic violence", "About social work with families, children and youth", "About childhood protection", "About social services", etc.;
