Ukrainian charitable foundation "Voices of Children" invites a case manager
< br/>The Charity Fund "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation, which grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine.Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voice to be heard, to support their resilience in the conditions of war. The Foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of supporting children .

For this, the fund announces the procurement of the services of case managers. The project will be implemented in the communities of Dnipropetrovsk , Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions.

Responsibilities:

• assessing the needs of families in the region, defining the request and the main issues;
• forming a work plan, attracting resources, specialists, teams to meet the needs of families with children;
• involvement of a network of partner organizations related to case management (educational, medical, legal assistance, organization of leisure and other recreational activities, etc.);
• provision of charitable assistance;
• monitoring of plan implementation work;
• maintenance of the necessary documentation, in particular the reporting provided for by the project;
• fulfillment of the set indicators;
• representation of the interests of clients in state and non-state sector organizations;

• organization and provision of services to increase the educational potential and parental competences of clients;
• organization of psychosocial work with children and their immediate environment using an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach;
• participation in training social stories and other content to highlight and popularize the work of the foundation.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education in the specialty "Social Work", "Social Pedagogy" and "Psychology" will be an advantage;
• experience of social work, in particular in international projects, from 1 year;
• readiness for business trips in Ukraine;
• understanding and awareness of the topic of protection of children's rightswith the legislation of Ukraine: "On education", "On preschool education", "On general secondary education", "On extracurricular education", "On vocational and technical education", "On higher education", "On prevention and counteraction of domestic violence" , "On social work with families, children and youth", "On childhood protection", "On social services", etc.;
