Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, including project development, preparation logical schemes, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, budget management and risk management; preferably in an international non-governmental organization;
• In-depth knowledge of international donor procedures
• Ability to build effective working relationships, engendering trust among staff, volunteers and other stakeholders; 
• Excellent report writing skills; Strong analytical skills;
• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to adhere to high standards and be punctual under pressure;
• Higher education (Masters or equivalent), obtained in an accredited educational institution in the humanitiesindustries; 
• Expertise in the field of child rights and child protection, migration, juvenile justice, social integration programs is an advantage.

Assimilation of the invasion of Ukraine into the Russian Federation Army, Tdh team was moved to Ivano Frankivsk, where it transferred to the territory of the Western region, which is the first operational base for the response to the modern humanitarian crisis. The organization is engaging in work in Kyiv and surrounding areas and potentially in East Ukraine. They provide a variety of services for children, people and their parents in specific settings, with a strong focus on psychological support.

ROLE DESCRIPTION 

Систему Management Management Coordinator буде частиною Program of Terre des hommes in Ukraine in charge of overall implementation and coordination of the projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy, programme and coordination:   

• Під керуванням та пристосуванням до Диплома Country Director, defines direction for Case Management implementation 
• Supervises implementation of Case Management, включаючи synergies with thether programme components of organization in Ukraine
• Participation у working meetings on project implementation.
• Participation in Case Management Working group
• Participation in the organization and conducting of targeted and ongoing training of case managers in order to improve the efficiency of providing social support services to beneficiaries
• Supporting communication, providing consultations, processing feedback with case management specialists and partner organizations regarding the implementation of activities
• Визначення високої quality implementation of case management in accordance with the donor requirements and Tdh regulations as well as in line with agreed log frames/indicators, budgets, procurement plans, and work plans
• Monitoring visits to evaluate quality of case management services provision
• Preparation of reports upon request 
• Налаштування Case Management проекти діяльності здійснені на певну годину та якість manner в залежності від Tdh programme standards та в повній compliance зі всіма донорними потребами як визначено у проектах контракту.
• Регулярно monitor timely implementation of case management activities in the project areas based on the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system on all the levels;  

Manage and develop case management team:

• Motivate, coordinate і supervise teams, що забезпечують continuous organizational support to staff and conducting regular field visits.

 YOUR PROFILE 

Experience:

• Щонайменше 3 роки експерименту в проекті управління, включаючи проект дизайну, логічного framework preparation, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, budget management and risk management; preferably with an international non-governmental organization;
• Sound knowledge of international donors procedures;
• Ability to build effective working relationships, inspiring confidence with staff, volunteers and other stakeholders; 
• Excellent reporting writing skills; Strong analytical skills;
• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail;

Ability to uphold high standards and punctuality under pressure;

Training/Qualifications:

• University degree (Master's or equivalent) from an accredited educational institution in a relevant field (humanitarian); 
• Expertise in the field of business rights and child protection, migration, youth power, social inclusion programs is an asset

Languages ​​ :    - Fluency in Russian (written and oral), knowledge of the English language is desirable.

IT Knowledges   :  - Experience in using such computer software as Microsoft Office, knowledge of database package MS Excel
