GENERAL INFORMATION consequences One of the main areas of work of the BF "Right to Protection" is the integration of IDPs into new communities for the development of both the IDPs themselves and the settlements that host them. Within the framework of the project and the Program "Increasing the economic inclusion of IDPs and the affected population" career support is provided, they are provided with support in finding a job, changing or resuming professional activity, increasing competitiveness in the labor market.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
BF "Right to Protection" is a partner of the Response Consortium within the framework of the project "Providing multi-sectoral humanitarian aid to the population affected by the conflict in Ukraine (2023-2026)" with the financial support of the US Government. The Response Consortium is implementing a multi-sectoral humanitarian aid program for the population affected by the conflict in Ukraine. The Goal is to strengthen people's resilience and ability to overcome the consequences of war through timely access to multisectoral support and quality information management. The target groups are internally displaced persons, people affected by the war, returnees after the reduction of the intensity of hostilities, with the priority of supporting the elderly and persons with disabilities.
The geography of implementation is urban and remote rural communities of the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions. The economic capacity building component is implemented in the Poltava, Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
BF "Right to Protection" is looking for a candidate for the position ofCareer Development SpecialistIndividual work with the beneficiaries of the project to improve their competences in resume writing, self-presentation, job search and applying for employment or self-employment;
Establishing and maintaining contacts with employment centers, provision centerssocial services, places of temporary residence of beneficiaries, non-governmental public organizations, various socially responsible companies, employers and other stakeholders in the areas defined by the project; employer databases for employment of beneficiaries;
Individual and group work with beneficiaries to prepare them for employment or self-employment, including:
Education on the basic skills of interaction with employers; understanding of employers' expectations, etc.;
Conducting trainings, information sessions and presentations for beneficiaries, which would contribute to solving their requests;
Higher education in economics, socio-economic development, business administration, social work, psychology or another related field;
Preferred work experience in the fieldcareer consulting, recruiting, personnel management (HR);
Readiness for regular visits to areas defined by the project;
Orientation to the needs of the beneficiaries, politeness, tact and diplomacy in communication;
Execution of professional duties in accordance with the principles of gender and age sensitivity, as well as a policy of zero tolerance for sexual harassment;
Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written);
Experience working with evacuees, internally displaced persons and/or other vulnerable groups and communities will be an advantage;
Proficient in computer programs MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace tools;
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines;
Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with other project team members;
Developed analytical skills and attention to detail;
High level of self-motivation and responsibility;
Flexibility and adaptability to changing working conditions.
