Career Consultant (IT, Global Markets) in PrimeStaff

About us

We are a team building a modern service that helps developers get offers in the EU, USA, UK and work remotely in the world's leading companies. Our mission is to provide candidates with a clear strategy, a strong pitch and constant support that actually leads to offers.

The project is rapidly scaling, so we are looking for a Career Consultant to work directly with our customers - developers, DevOps engineers, QA and other technical profiles.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 diagnostics and form a personal Career Strategy Map.
• Help with repackaging LinkedIn, CV, GitHub (together with the team if necessary).
• Conduct mentoring sessions for preparation for HR, technical and behavioral interviews.
• Accompany clients throughout the search: analysis of vacancies, recommendations, work with rejections, communication strategy.
• Explain the logic of the US/EU/UK market to the candidate: salary ranges, hiring funnel, levels of competition.
• Monitor client progress: weekly syncs, KPI, error analysis, correction strategies.
• Give detailed feedback on CV, outreach, cover letters, responses to recruiters.
• Take notes after each session, form final recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Career Coach / HR / Tech Recruiter / Talent Partner in IT.
• Understanding US/EU/UK hiring markets and their specifics.
• Ability to work with technical profiles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Data).
• Interview preparation experience (HR, tech basics, behavioral).
• Strong communication skills, structural thinking, ability to explain complex simple.
• English - Upper-Intermediate.
• Ability to give honest, constructive feedback.
