Main functions of a career advisor:

1. Comprehensive career counseling, experience audit,creating competitive profiles in social networksFacebook, LinkedIn, interview preparation.
2. Conducting individual and group consultations .
3. Keeping records of clients to whom consultations were provided.
4. Supporting the organization of educational and professional courses.
5. Participation in webinars, training events from business representatives withissues of successful employment, professional development for the audience project.
6. Searching and establishing cooperation with enterprises, organizations andinstitutions for the purpose of employment.
7. Writing reports and maintaining documentation within the framework of the project.

Desired experience:

1. Higher education in Psychology, HR or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business/consulting.
3. Confirmed experience of passing psychological trainings, courses on motivationwhether personnel development will berevagoy.
4. Deep understanding of trends in the employment market of Ukraine.
5. Experience in public speaking, conducting presentations and conducting negotiations.
6. Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office, as well as social networks,Personal proactivity and high motivation.
