Career consultant in GoIT

GoIT is a product company from the field of EdTech. We have become a leader in technical online education in Ukraine. More than 2,300 of our graduates are currently working as developers in Ukraine. We also teach programming to students in Poland, Romania, the USA and Mexico. We are the only educational company in the IT field in Ukraine that has the right to issue diplomas of higher education of an international standard, recognized in 50+ countries of the world. Our main product is the LMS application (Learning Management System), which allows automatic verification of students' code and makes the online learning process gamified. In 2023, our LMS won the honors of "Product of the Day" and "Product of the Week" on the international startup platform Product Hunt. Currently, the company unites 600+ people and we do not plan to stop. That is why we are looking for an open and inspired Career Consultant. What tasks waiting for:• Conducting webinars on career topics for students of the courses• Checking student resumes, profiles on Linkedin and Djinni• Individual counseling of students and graduates• Conducting consultations on interview preparation• Continuous maintenance of a database of active and employed students• Personal visit to student graduations and project presentations• Communication with students from the moment of graduation and within 6 months after graduation on employment issues (analysis of the student's activity in the search, recommendations on what can be improved, etc.). What is important for us:• Experience in the position of IT-recruiter, HR, car career consultant, business trainer, coach• Additional education in the field of coaching or career counseling will be an advantage• English language level – Intermediate• Oratory skills• Propensity to work with numbers and large volumes of data• Love for education, confirmed by completed courses and books read.• Systematic• Openness, desire to help.
