What will you do:
- Improving the career development strategy and increasing the percentage of employed students.
employment- Analysis of the labor market and employers' requirements for curriculum adaptation
- Organization of events (seminars, webinars, job fairs) to support students
Cooperation with other departments for the integration of career services in the educational process
- Support and development of existing relationships with our graduates- Finding and creating internships in large companies in Ukraine.Target for the trial period:
Employment of 10 students
Attracting 5 partner companies to cooperate with Choice31Conducting 1 internship for the VT period." Fixed rate2. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
3. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
4. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
