The ROKADA Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill the vacancy - Career Advisor/Career Advisor of the "VONA" hub, FOP

Main duties

• Conduct individual and group career counseling for women from vulnerable categories
• Organize trainings, round tables and information sessions
• Cooperate with local authorities, social services, employers and public organizations
• Look for educational and grant opportunities, help beneficiaries after training in employment or starting their own business
• Promote the service: managing social networks habu
• Prepare reports, collect feedback and document results, success stories and best practices

What to have

• Experience in career counseling, social work, HR or project activities - will be a plus, but not necessary
• Communication, initiative and willingness to work with women in difficult life situations
• Organization and ability to coordinate events and build partnerships
• Work skills with a computer and online tools
