About the position:

We are looking for a care service operator, who will help the service department process customer inquiries in all digital channels and instantly resolve simple issues.

Tasks and areas of influence:

1. Processing of incoming requests:

  • Accept and process 100% of customer requests from chats, messengers, mail and other digital channels.

2. Initial consultation:

  • Give quick and accurate answers to typical customer questions (for example: "When is the scheduled delivery?", "How to make an appointment for an examination?").

3. Routing and Escalation:

  • Clearly define the essence of the request.
    Transfer complex and unusual appeals to specialized specialists (service managers, lawyers, etc.) with a full description of the situation.

4. Maintenance of the knowledge base:

  • Fix new typical questions and answers for further replenishment of the knowledge base.

  • Experience working with customers (preferably in the field of support or contact center).
  • Excellent oral and written skills in Ukrainian.
  • The ability to find information quickly.
  • Structure and clarity in the execution of tasks.
