Car service administrator (disc restoration) in Superwheels

SuperWheels is a car wheel restoration and painting company, calipers and tire service. We are growing, the processes are scaling, and it is time to hire a person who will help keep everything in order.

Responsibilities

• entering data into a 1C type program;

• consulting clients on the list of company services, their cost;

• assistance in generating reports;

• communication with by service managers regarding the correctness of entering data into the program;

• other operational tasks.

Requirements

• knowledge of the 1C program;

• attention to details;

• literacy in keeping documentation;

• confident possession Excel;

• experience in CRM will be a plus.

Working conditions:

• work schedule: 5 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday is a day off, the second day off is at your choice, it is not a fixed day. 

• official employment;

• salary in the form of a fixed rate. The first month is trial - the rate is 20,000 hryvnias. If you show good results, it is possible to pay a larger amount. Next - 30,000 hryvnias.
