Working conditions:
- 5 - 6 working days per week (floating weekends);
- From 9:00 to 19:00 (the schedule is discussed for a month forward);
- Location — Kyiv city, Sumska street 2A (Vasylkivska metro station)
- Probationary period — 3 months
- Salary rate + % of sales + bonus for execution of sales plan — range from UAH 40,000 to 75 000 hryvnias;
- 1 month - a rate of 25,000 hryvnias and a bonus of $50 for each sold car
- 2 month - a rate of 20,000 hryvnias and a bonus of $60 for each sold car
- 3 month - a rate of 15,000 hryvnias and a bonus of $70 for each sold car
- 4 month - switching to a bonus motivation system of $100-150 for each car sold.

Our employee has the following qualities:
- You have experience in the automotive industry sector;
- Availability of a category B driver's license
- Experience of accident-free driving at least 3 yearsk;
- Understanding the technical components of the car, to check the technical condition car, according to the defect inspection act;
- You have 6 months of experience in sales;
- Experience in communication with clients and the ability to identify their needs;
- Flexibility in communication and the ability to find solutions in non-standard situations;
- Orientation on results, punctuality, responsibility;
- Work skills with PCs, CRM systems and messengers;
Your tasks:
- Consult the client by phone and interest him in the car!
- Invite to the car dealership for a meeting
- Meet the client in the showroom, conduct a presentation of the car
- Provestand test drive
- Accompany the client to the service station for a more detailed technical inspection
- Conclude the deal
- Take feedback from the happy owner of the car!
- All stages of work must be recorded in the CRM system
