Working conditions:

• Work schedule 5-6 working days per week (weekend floating)
• From 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (the schedule is discussed a month in advance)
• Location - p. Solonka, Kiltseva doroga, 60 (opposite the store "Epicentr")
• Trial period - 3 months
• Salary rate + % of sales + bonus for fulfilling the sales plan - range from UAH 40,000 to 75,000 UAH
• 1st month - UAH 25,000 rate and $50 bonus for each sold car
• 2nd month - UAH 20,000 rate and $60 bonus for each sold car
• 3rd month - UAH 15,000 rate and $70 bonus for each sold car
• 4th month - transition for a bonus incentive system of $100-150 for each car sold.
• ? Also, our managers receive bonuses for fulfilling the monthly sales plan and participating in content for our social networks!?
• Our contact center offers you a ready-made client
• Constant flow of cars (you will always have a multi-brand product for any client!)

Our employee has the following qualities:

• You have work experience in the automotive sector
• Availability of a category B driver's license
• Experience of accident-free driving for at least 3 years
• Understanding the technical component of the car, to check the technical condition of the car, according to the act defect detection.
• You have experience in sales from 6 months!
• Experience in communication with clients and the ability to identify their needs
• Flexibility in communication and the ability to find solutions in non-standard situations
• Orientation on results, punctuality, responsibility
• Robo skillsyou with a PC, CRM systems and messengers

Your tasks:

• Consult the client by phone and interest him in the car!
• Invite to the car showroom for a meeting
• Meet the client in the showroom, conduct a presentation of the car
• Conduct a test drive
• Accompany the client to the service station for a more detailed technical inspection
• Conclude the deal
• Get feedback from happy car owner!
• All stages of work must be recorded in the CRM system
