Our clients are: supermarket chains, shopping and office centers, medical clinics, industrial enterprises and state administrative buildings .We are looking for an Administrator for car cleaning. Requirements: Education: higher, secondary-specialized; PC knowledge at the level of an experienced user; Experience in administrative work / preferably experience in working with people, personnel management of 10 or more people. Firmness, clarity when setting tasks. Independence and responsibility in making decisions within the limits of one's authority; Organizational abilities; Active life position, focus on results, stress resistance. It is desirable to have a car. Willingness for short-term business trips. Responsibilities: Organization of the work of technical personnel (cleaners, janitors) objects. Control over the quality of cleaning works and work discipline at the object. Elimination of comments regarding cleaning at the facility by the customer. Communication with the customer, signing acts of completed works. Selection and training of technical personnel at the facility. Ordering consumables for the facility. Drawing up work schedules and staff timesheets, correcting work exits , keeping reporting documentation. We offer: 5-day work week. Salary: from 20,000 to 25,000 UAH. Official employment.
