Main duties:
Implement initiatives as part of Direct marketing e-commerce, to improve the attraction and retention of e-commerce guests.
Creating personal offers and other mechanics in the loyalty system. Formation of the audience, filling of the backlog of activities and launch of campaigns
KPI monitoring of launched campaigns, their optimization according to established goals. style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Ensure placement of promotions on the fronts (application, site) - dies, banners, carousels, etc.;
Control of information relevance on the fronts and communication support of promotions;
Participation in conducting research to identify new trends, guest behavior and competitive environment to implement testing of identified hypotheses through the launch of campaigns
Analysis of budget indicators for launched campaigns.
