Campaign manager in Silpo

We are a separate ambitious startup within the powerful company Fozzy Group with a cool strong team and big dreams.

We are already actively working and pumping out the available delivery of a wide range from Silpo stores (and now we have also implemented express delivery) and we are developing ultra-fast delivery of products and dishes under the new brand LOKO already in many cities of Ukraine.

Our cool and creative Marketing team really needs a cool Campaign Manager ! 

Whatyou will do:

• Implement initiatives within the framework of Customer Value Management , through a loyalty program to improve the attraction and retention of e-commerce guests;
• Create personalized offers and other mechanics in the loyalty system. Form an audience, fill the backlog of activities and launch campaigns; 
• Monitor KPIs for launched campaigns, optimize them according to established goals;
• Interact with different departments and teams to ensure successful implementation of campaigns;
• Participate in conducting research to identify new trends, guest behavior and the competitive environment to implement testing of identified hypotheses through the launch of campaigns;
• Collaborate with the design team to develop content for the launch of campaigns;
• Analyze budget indicators according to campaigns.

You are ourdream candidate if you have:

• Experience of working with ERP or CRM systems from 1 year, ideally experience of working in SAP marketing cloud;
• Analysis of budget indicators for launched campaigns;
• Google Sheets, Excel;

• Knowledge of SQL at a basic level will be great, but not a must-have;
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
