Voices of Children Charitable Foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.
Our camp is not just a place for vacations, it is a space where children feel safe, relax, grow and find new strength. Every day we help children discover themselves anew, find friends, show their talents and heal their souls little by little. It's a place where serious things happen through play, laughter, team support and new experiences.
We work for children from IDP families, from frontline regions, children of military personnel, and those who have experienced psychological trauma. In 2026, we are holding 9 shifts of the camp - each of which gives 56 children a week of care, joy and warmth. And now we are looking for you - the person who will be part of this important mission
Who are we looking for? A person with experience and a big heart - a real communicator, organizer and inspiration for a children's camp! If you know how to work with children, manage a team and create an atmosphere of safety and joy - we invite you to cooperate! priority);
Experience working in children's educational projects and camp programs is not mandatory, but desirable;
Responsibility, sociability;
Initiative and creative approach to working with children;
Competent communication in the Ukrainian language;
Absence of bad habits;
Love for children and readiness to become an important adult for them.
Conduct classes, games, workshops.
Control the schedule: rising, food, hygiene, evening silence, etc.
Help in the adaptation of participants to camp life.
Ensure physical and emotional safety of children.
Working full time during the shift. Date of the nearest arrival: 27.04-10.05
Summer: changes start from 08.06 and continue throughout the summer. The dates of participation in summer shifts are agreed individually during the interview.
Comfortable base in Chernivtsi region (Vyzhnytsia), the rooms have all amenities.
Accommodation by sex for 2-4 people in a room.
Accommodation, meals and transfer are paid by us.
