Basic requirements:

• Work experience necessarily in fashion retail in a similar position from 2 years;
• Attention and the ability to work in multitasking mode, communication, self-discipline and responsibility.

Functional duties:

• Participate in the opening of new TTs;
• Work with retail network staff (selection, adaptation, training, holding meetings);
• Plan and implement measures to achieve planned indicators for TT (sales and KPI);
• Monitoring of competitors;
• Working with employee motivation (contests, encouragement and awarding of TT staff);
• Ensuring a high level of customer service;
• Control of inventory in stores;
• Control of store staff compliance with rules, internal work procedures, safety equipment, fire safety, industrial sanitation and hygiene requirements ;
• Business trip to Ukraine.
