An online store that sells goods from China is looking for a team leader in the call center. The product groups are different - products for the car, home and garden, children's toys, etc. We are currently forming a new team for which we are looking for a team leader. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position; Be able to remotely configure the work of the team; Ability to work with CRM systems; Availability of a headset, fast Internet, PC or laptop; Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Responsibilities: Participation in recruitment and training of personnel; Construction of the work schedule of call center operators; Work with customer returns and complaints; Control of the implementation of work regulations by the team. We offer: At the first stages of salary in the amount of 20,000 UAH. In the future, a larger view; Payments 2 times a month; The schedule of the entire call center from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can build your schedule based on the tasks for the day; Weekend floating; Remote work from any part of the country and the world; The opportunity to develop your skills by taking advanced training courses.
