We are looking for a Call Center Supervisor for European countries (Call Center Supervisor) who will lead a team of operators. If you love sales, analytics and want to influence the result, we are for you.
What is important to us:
Experience as a supervisor or team member in a call center / sales department from 1 year.
Experience in finding and attracting call center operators in European countries.
Knowledge of the COD model and the entire funnel: lead > call > approval > purchase.
Practical experience in managing a team of operators and staging tasks.
Experience in working with CRM, telephone and analytics.
Leadership qualities, systematicity, result orientation.
Knowledge of English (B1-B2) and one of the European languages.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of operators in the call center in the selected country (Italy, Germany, Spain and others).
Controlling the discipline, work schedules, loading and efficiency of operators.
Implementing and monitoring compliance with work standards: scripts, regulations, KPI.
Analysis of approvals and redemption, finding growth points and improving indicators.
Participation in testing new offers and scaling successful connections.
Preparation of reports for the Head of Call Center and proposals for process improvement initiatives.
