We are looking for a person who:
- MUST speak Ukrainian at a high level.
- Has experience in sales, consulting or telemarketing (will be an advantage).
- Customer-oriented, open and sociable.
- Communicative, responsible, focused on results.
- Ready to work minimum 160 hours per month.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Customer support of the most famous mobile operator in Ukraine.
- Outbound calls: active communication with customers, informing about services and promotions.
- Sales: offering customers the best tariffs and additional services.
- Consultations: answering customer requests, clarifying information about services.
- Achieving goals: fulfilling KPIs regarding sales and quality of service.
