We are looking for energetic and communicative employees to work as call center operators on a remote basis. Main responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to invite to a free trial lesson (warm base) Provide professional advice and information about the company's products and services Record the results of the conversation in CRM system Requirements: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team High ability to listen and understand the needs of customers Good command of the Ukrainian language, both written and spoken Ability to work effectively with a computer and use MS Office programs Presence of a headset (headphones with a microphone), stable wired Internet, quiet workplace Willingness to learn and develop in the field of customer service We offer: Flexible work schedule on weekdays: from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Independent Rate from 50 to 80 UAH/hour + Bonuses Training lasting 5 days Opportunity for professional growth and career development in the company Friendly and supportive working atmosphere If you are ready to join our team and implement innovative approaches to customer service, send your resume.
