Pethouse is the largest online pet store in Ukraine. For more than 14 years, we have been delivering animal happiness for pets all over Ukraine.

Due to expansion, our customer care department is looking for a colleague.

What you need to do:

• accept and process orders without "active sales" and "cold calls";
• advise customers about the company's products;
• provide assistance in choosing the best option for your pet;
• coordinate the details of orders with the courier if necessary.

We expect from you:

• desire to provide quality customer service;
• excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit">ease of communication and friendliness;
• an active attitude in life and diligence, the desire to improve one's professional level;
• experience working with clients;
