Call center operator at an online pet store (order approval) in Pethouse

Pethouse is the largest online pet store in Ukraine. For more than 14 years, we have been delivering animal happiness for pets all over Ukraine.

Due to expansion, our customer care department is looking for a colleague .

What to do:

• accept and process orders without "active sales" and "cold calls";
• advise customers about the company's products;
• provide assistance in choosing the best option for a pet;
• coordinate the details of orders with the courier if necessary.

• excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;

We would like to clarify some details regarding the current route to work:

• buses No. 2M run from "Lybidska" metro station, duplicating the routes of closed underground stations (buses travel with an interval of approximately 3-5 minutes, so additional you will spend almost no time traveling);
• from the "Teremky" metro station - buses No. 2M run similarly and the metro shuttle service also operates;
• if you have a car, there are parking spaces on the territory of the office.

And our office is equipped not only with a generator and uninterrupted Internet, but also with the heat emitted by our adored purrs, so possible outages are definitely not scary for us!
