What skills do we expect from the candidate: - mastery of a PC at the user level and basic experience in the MS Office package; - skills in working with communication tools (e-mail , phone, chat);- good verbal and written communication skills;- fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written);- minimum experience working with clients is desired;- analytical abilities and attention to details;- empathy and stress resistance. What should you do: - provision of consultation services over the phone; - processing of electronic applications, requests from customers, trade enterprises, etc.; - processing of e-mail letters; - provision of consultations using chats on the company website; - timely informing of other departments regarding the occurrence of problematic and non-standard situations, which come in the form of messages to any communication channel.
