Responsibilities: Fulfillment of SDR activity standards: number of phone calls to potential customers; Processing of incoming requests with the purpose of transfer to the Sales executive; Transferring the lead to the Sales executive in three scenarios: 1) Invitations are taught; 2) Arrangement for a call at a specified time; 3) Transfer of the patient to the Bookimed app; I need the client's qualification as a medical practitioner (to understand which team to transfer) Management of the CRM system and reporting. Requirements: Proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian, and English (B1 and above). Communication skills (encourage, convince, build trusting relationships). Desire to help people. Speed, proactivity. It will be an advantage: Medical education (possibly in progress). Sales experience. Understanding the demand is the key to selecting the most relevant offers. Experience with CRM system.
