Frenchi 29 is a modern city cafe where atmosphere, quality and service are important. We are not just looking for an administrator who greets guests. We need a system administrator, a real master and the "right hand" of the owner. A person who knows how to count money, manage a team and make quick decisions even when there is no light.
Your tasks (what needs to be done):
1. Operational management and Finance:
Full management accounting in Poster (mandatory): control of cash changes, warehouse accounting, correctness of write-offs.
Daily reporting to the owner (P&L, cash flow, Z-reports) - we work transparently, the numbers must converge.
Working with suppliers: finding better prices, control of receivables, reconciliation of invoices.
Food Cost control and cost optimization.
2. Team and HR:
Selection, adaptation and training of staff (hall + kitchen).
Work schedules and strict discipline control.
Building a strong team that knows how to sell, not just "take orders".
3. Marketing and Development (SMM):
Participation in the development and updating of the menu.
Management of Instagram: shooting of Stories, control of content, responses to reviews (Google Maps).
Organization of events, gastro evenings and activities to increase landing.
Generation of ideas to attract new guests.
4. Crisis management:
Organization of uninterrupted operation of the cafe in conditions of power outages (work on the generator, gas equipment, adaptation of the menu for "blackouts").
Our requirements:
Experience as a manager/manager in public catering establishments from 2 years.
Excellent knowledge of Poster - you must be able to take inventory and see where money is lost.
Honesty and integrity. We carefully check references from past jobs.
Ability to work with a remote owner (system communication in messengers, Google Sheets).
Financial literacy (you understand the difference between revenue and profit).
