CAD Designer – Aerospace in Sii Ukraine

We are looking for CAE Engineers to join our Product Design Studio within the Engineering Competency Center, working on various projects from the Aerospace industry. We closely cooperate with Airbus in Toulouse in the areas of design, calculations, and research. Our experience is built on participation in the largest projects of the European aviation industry, including Airbus A350, A400M, A320/321 or Beluga. Sii supports major European players in the Aerospace and Defence industries and we’re currently working on expanding our Aerospace offering in Poland. If you specialize in any of the following areas: Stress Analysis (Structural, Thermal), Computational Fluid Dynamics (Aerodynamics, Heat Transfer, or Flow Dynamics) do not hesitate to apply!Your roleCreating detailed three-dimensional models of aerospace components using CAD software such as CATIA, NX, SolidWorksGenerating precise technical drawings, including sections based on the 3D models for manufacturing, assembly, and testing purposesDesigning assemblies and sub-assemblies of aerospace systems, ensuring proper fit, function, and integration of componentsProviding support to structural engineers by creating CAD models and drawings for finite element analysis and structural simulationsCollaborating with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirementsUpdating and revising existing CAD models and drawings based on feedback, design changes, or new requirementsPerforming checks and reviews of CAD models and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulationsAssisting in the creation of prototypes and mock-ups based on CAD designs to support testing, evaluation, and validation processesKeeping up to date with the latest CAD software tools and technologiesYour skillsProficiency in CAD software such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorksBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of aerospace design principles and industry standardsExperience in creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings for aircraft componentsKnowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles.Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and other team members to develop and refine designsFamiliarity with structural analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) is a plusExperience with prototyping and testing processes is desirablePrior experience in the aerospace industry or a related field Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Інформаційні технології, Дизайн і Інженерія ГалузіInformation Technology & Services
