C for Unix Developer (Middle-Senior) in ISD

Requirements:

We are looking for programmers who can help us provide our customers with advanced, feature-rich software that meets our customers' needs for functionality, security and protection. We develop and support a suite of blood management solutions for one of the world leaders in laboratory and transfusion medicine management systems.

You will be involved in:

• researching legacy C code to understand how it works to solve problems and find ways to include new features;

• developing new features;

• maintaining the product set;

p>• providing support to our customers.

Our solutions are based on the following technologies:

• business logic in plain C;

• our own text interface ported to GUI and web interface;

• Oracle/dbVista databases;

• C/C++ SOAP web services based on the gSOAP toolkit.

• Ability to read and understand old C source code to find bugs and integrate new features;

• Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and ability to work independently , as well as being a team player;

• Excellent troubleshooting skills;

• Responsibility, result-oriented, teamwork, attentiveness, ability to learn quickly;

• Good command of the English language (oral, written).
