The ideal candidate lives in the Western regions, has participated in at least one commercial project, uses Linux/MacOS and Windows, and can work independently. Candidates with mathematical knowledge and basic understanding of asymmetric crypto algorithms will be preferred. Our virtual team builds and implements world-class products, so we are interested in the ability to develop high-quality code that is covered by tests and documented. Tasks can be in both Embedded and Desktop direction. For embedded, it is desirable to have basic experience using the environment and testing/debugging code for STM or NXP microcontrollers. Regarding the desktop - modernization/testing/maintenance of WHQL drivers, modernization/testing/development/maintenance of low-level libraries for Ubuntu, MacOS and Windows.
