Looking for a Senior C++ Developer (fintech, Canada)
Remote, full-time
Working Schedule: 12.30-21.00 Kyiv time

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in programming designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C / C++ code
• High level of understanding of Memory Management, Multi-Processing, and Code design
• Implement performance and quality modules
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Experience working with Visual Studio Pro, JetBrains Rider, or equivalent
• Experience working with distributed on/offshore teams
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for item creation/updates
• Ability to code crawl legacy code and trace dependencies between code modules
• Knows how to write native unit tests in C/C++ using Visual Studio
• Familiar with old CRT functions and why they should be replaced with CRT_’s’ versions
• BitBucket
• Creation of thread-safe code through the use of C++ classes
• English: Upper-Intermediate

Project: the team will remediate code vulnerabilities before the production release slated for January 2025.
