What will you do?

• conduct regular monitoring of the salary market;
• analysis of market trends in well-being, compensation, benefits, etc.;
• preparation of reports and presentations on C&B direction;
• participation in calculation of bonuses for various types of motivational programs;
• administration of the reporting process for rewards;
• participation in reviewing the company's grade grid;
• participation in the automation of payroll.
