We do not stand still and constantly improve the process, so we are currently looking for a C&B Specialist to complement our HR team. As a C&B Specialist, you will participate in the development of policies/procedures for all reward and benefit systems of the company.
Education and experience requirements:
- Higher education (preferably economics or finance);
- 1 year of work experience in Total rewards/compensation & benefits or analytics (preferably in IT companies);
- Understanding the principles of calculating compensations, rewards and benefits;
- Knowledge of market trends regarding compensation&benefits, well-being, incl. structure of compensation packages and bonus programs of the IT market.
- Personal and professional qualities:
- Excellent skills in working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and their analogues, including processing large data sets, working with multi-level logical formulas, summarized tables/diagrams;
- Experience with MS PowerPoint and survey services (e.g. SurveyMonkey);
- Attention to detail, structural and analytical thinking;
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment .
Your duties:
Direct responsibility:
- Consolidation of information on remuneration and support of related processes (including preparation of information);
- Administration of the process of reporting on remuneration;
- Administration and operational support of compensations and benefits;
- Development of non-material motivation programs;
- Regular and ad hoc reporting on C&B direction; >Monitoring of market trends in well-being, compensation, benefits, etc.;
- Communication with related divisions of the company.
Involvement as an expert:
- Participation in the development and updating of business processes, policies and procedures regarding all components of the compensation & benefits system;
- Participation in the development of analytical dashboards with key HR metrics;
- Participation in analysis, description, automation of business processes in the HR direction.
