We are opening a vacancy for a compensation and benefits specialist for our HR team.
IT SmartFlex has recently acquired the status of a resident of Diya City, so there are opportunities to study, optimize, adapt processes.
The company has all forms of personnel involvement that exist in IT.
So, we are looking for independent, active, proactive specialists who are able to find solutions for the team.
Key tasks of the position:
- Management of the system of rewards, compensations and benefits in the company in accordance with policies and legislation;
- Administration of the settlement process with partners (preparation and signing of documents with partners);
- Preparation of the concept, organization and conduct of salary revisions;
- Administration of the performance evaluation process in the company;
- Study and analysis of trends in the labor market, wages and benefits, preparation of analytics, market reviews;
- Administration of provision of insurance services in the company;
- Analysis and automation of C&B processes in internal ERP systems;
- Communication with employees regarding work issues;
- Preparation of internal reports, analytics on personnel.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Work experience in the field of personnel management from 1 year < /li>
- PC skills (Excel, Power Point, SAP HR (optional))
- Knowledge of labor legislation, the ability to find the necessary information in the legal base;
- Analytical abilities;
- Ability to analyze processes and search for optimization options
