Ukrainian full-cycle research and production enterprise, a leader in the field of unmanned aviation in Ukraine, in connection with active development, we invite a compensation and benefits specialist (C&B Manager) to our team.

Main tasks:

• Develop and implement a system of compensation, grades and motivational programs for different categories of personnel.
• Analyze the salary market and propose competitive solutions rewards.
• Optimize approaches to bonuses and bonus schemes.
• Administer social packages, insurance programs, compensation and other benefits.
• Prepare analytics, reports and recommendations on the effectiveness of compensation policies.
• Participate in projects to automate HR processes and optimize the reward structure.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of C&B.
• In-depth understanding of grading, motivation and compensation systems.
• Analytics skills, Excel, Power BI (will advantage).
• Orientation on efficiency, the ability to work with a large amount of data.
• Knowledge of methodologies for developing motivation systems for administrative and managerial and production personnel.
