- System thinking, critical thinking and the ability to build processes
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in leading projects will be a plus
What will be included in your duties:
- Development of policies, procedures and processes in the field of compensation and benefits (tangible and intangible)
- Participation in the system implementation project attestation of production personnel
- Monitoring and control of changes in individual wage conditions
- Control of the calculation of monthly bonus payments
- Providing advice to employees on the calculation of bonuses
- Support of voluntary health insurance and life insurance programs for company employees
- Development, implementation and support of dashboards
