Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening forBSS e-Sourcing Specialist.A day in the life of...Support negotiation process with pre-defined suppliers using on-line tool, to prepare RFx sourcing projects including all standard templates such as NDA, Sustainable Sourcing Standard, Payment terms plus documents provided by the Strategic Buyer such as Pricing worksheet and specific questionnaires; supplier follow up;check completeness of proposals (information) submitted by Suppliers; consolidation of qualitative and financial information to be presented to Strategic Buyer;eAuctions. To support procurement negotiation process with pre-defined suppliers using on-line eAuction tool. Manage pipeline, delive coaching discussions to Buyers in order to define the best strategy and define auction details.create electronic auction based on information recieved from eAuctions Business Partner (BP) after discussion with Buyer; conduct review call with Buyer and BP to check and confirm all the details;Supporting other activities of BSS scope - Sustainable Sourcing Audit, Specificatin Download, Reporting and contribute into development of new BSS activities.Ensure compliance with Nestle standarts and procurement practices.To monitor the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's); To participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement;To participate in the issues resolution that affects the performance or service in a cooperative way with the IBPs (Internal Business Process) and the support units of NBS Lviv;What will make you successfulGood understanding of the general Nestle structure, knowledge of Corporate Business Principles and Nestle Leadership Framework;Good understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment and business processes;Good knowledge of Ariba tool;Good understanding of potential business risks to avoid security bridge or internal control audit issuesKnowledge in Supply Chain processes;Knowledge of GLOBE best practices for E2E processes and SAP;Solid knowledge of MS Office, particulary Excel.Knowledge of procurement processKey Nestle policiesStrong level of business English verbal and written (Upper-intermediate) , good communication skills to manage effectively Telcos and Workshops with various Procurement Organisations and external parties;What`s in it for you:Remuneration package: annual salary review & bonus, 28 days of paid vacation, paid sick leaves, medical insurance, lunch allowance, IT Club discount program;Official employment;Personal & Professional development opportunitiesInternational environment and diverse team;
