Buyer's assistant remotely in GRO

Purchaser's assistant (part-time, remote)

We are GRO, a team that has been working with Apple, Dyson, Samsung, DJI, Pixel and other popular brands for more than 10 years. Our market is speed, systematicity and a large number of products. Therefore, we are looking for an attentive and responsible person who will help maintain order in purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Creating orders for the purchase of goods
• Working with internal requests from the team
• Checking the correctness of data in orders
• Communicating with colleagues to clarify items
• Maintaining the order in working procurement processes

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in procurement, logistics of equipment (warehouse) or online support from 1 year
• Understanding of equipment
• Friendship with numbers and pricing
• Independence, responsiveness and responsibility
• Must have knowledge of common accounting systems
• Availability of a laptop and stable Internet
