Functions:

• Planning of raw material needs based on production orders and forecasts;
• Preparation and placement of orders with suppliers (AFI, excipients);
• Verification of supporting and customs documents (invoice, COA, etc.);
• Logistics control: tracking of shipments and receipt of materials;
• Management and optimization of stocks in the warehouse;
• Preparation and maintenance of contracts, negotiations and conclusion of agreements with suppliers;
• Search, analysis and initial assessment of new/alternative manufacturers; formation of approval protocols; provision of documentation for pharmaceutical development and registration; interaction with the quality department regarding evaluations and inclusion of alternative manufacturers in the dossier;
• Working in SAP S/4HANA; preparation of procurement reports and analytics.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in purchasing pharmaceutical raw materials from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the process of competitive selection of suppliers, understanding of procurement processes and procedures of accompanying and regulatory documentation;
• Skills in working with ERP systems, knowledge of SAP is preferred;
• English - reading technical/regulatory documentation (B1+ level is desirable);
