Buyer of construction works and materials in Retail Group

Duties:

• Conducting tender procedures within the period established by the company (purchase of construction materials and works), signing a contract with the winner;
• Tracking and control of the supply of materials and equipment, as well as performance of works according to the signed tender;
• Timely preparation and submission of documents for the contract in 1C;
• Timely preparation and submission of the tender according to the technical specification;
• Communication between the company departments and the tender winners.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of construction, economics, management or in related fields;
• Experience in procurement from 2 years, mainly in construction;
• Experience of working with suppliers and contractors in the construction sector;
• Understanding the specifics of procurement of building materials and works;
• Knowledge of the market and major manufacturers;
• Confident user of PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), (SAP and 1C will be an advantage);
• Experience in analyzing large volumes of data;
• Ability to achieve set goals;
• Organization, communication, productivity, punctuality.
