State operator of the rear (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the needs of the military.

We are convinced that supplying the army should not only be interesting to the market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.

• Conducts market analysis and forms a list of potential suppliers;

• Forms a comparative analysis of the subject of purchase;

• Formulates qualification requirements for the formation of tender documentation;

• Conducts negotiations with potential suppliers to form tender documents;

• Prepares internal documents for procurement;

• Ensures the protection of the technical solution within the enterprise with the participation of stakeholders;

• Evaluates technical proposals from potential suppliers;

• Controls and confirms the execution of contracts in the IT direction;

• Forms an IT procurement plan (collection of needs, formation of a list, formation of changes, control of the implementation of the plan);

• Forms the necessary documents and coordinates IT purchases with state bodies.

• Forms the procurement budget, including further support

Basic requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years.

• Experience in the public sector can be an added advantage.

• Work experience in a commercial IT enterprise that provided services in the supply and implementation of IT equipment, solutions, services and software can be an additional advantage.

• Knowledge of IT procurement legislation and necessary compliance with necessary government agencies.

• Knowledge of public procurement legislation is a must. Knowledge of defense procurement legislation is an advantage.

• Ability to work with a large amount of information.

• Good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with company departments.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to handle stressful situations.
