Overview

The 12th "Azov" brigade of NSU is a military formation that is part of the National Guard of Ukraine. The unit gathers a team of motivated specialists who are ready to lead by example and work together to win.

Responsibilities

• planning of goods purchases, calculation of purchase and delivery budgets, assessment of delivery terms and risks
• maintenance of a database of proven manufacturers, suppliers and sellers
• market analysis, in particular, prices, terms of payment, delivery terms (mainly in Ukraine and sometimes abroad), as well as reporting to the director on the best procurement options
• conducting negotiations with suppliers and conducting written reporting on the status of negotiations with suppliers
• analysis of information on completed purchases for the purpose of planning/forecasting further purchases
• receipt of property and control of its movement between the warehouse (supplier) and recipients, status reporting to the director

Requirements

• significant practical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting, attention to technical details and potential risks
• planning and coordination experience working with at least two colleagues
• work experience and a high level of skills in Google Drive and Google Docs/Sheets or Word, Excel
• desirable experience with electronic document management systems, for example "Vchasno"
• English language level B1 with knowledge of basic business vocabulary and willingness to quickly learn basic military-technical topics
• experience in conducting written and oral negotiations, in particular, with problematic counterparties who delay the fulfillment of obligations Yazan
• experience in the organization of document flow in the logistics of goods, in particular, about payment, expense invoices
• experience in communication with forwarding drivers
