Business Unit Head in Delta Medical

We are looking for a Business Unit Head for Psychiatry and Neurology to join our international healthcare company. This role offers full accountability for the P&L of the business unit and will be responsible for driving market growth, product portfolio development, and achieving top-line, bottom-line, and market share targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a business unit or marketing in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong track record of P&L management and delivering on strategic business goals.

• Deep knowledge of psychiatry and neurology markets and understanding of industry-specific dynamics will be a plus.

• Experience in product launches and portfolio management.
  Knowledge of healthcare market trends, competitor landscape, and pricing strategies.
  Strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and budget management.
