PwC's Cross Border Engagement Services (CBES) function manages cross-border risks associated with increased international business travel and collaboration across PwC's global network of firms. We are looking for an associate to support the cross-border engagement services team in the EMEA (?Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region. This individual will work closely with CBES managers in their day-to-day activities related to cross-border traveler risk management. The position will allow the candidate to work in a vibrant multicultural team, working locally as well as virtually with teammates located in four different countries. A strong candidate will possess qualities such as adaptability, strong ethics, positive attitude and openness to work in an international environment.Responsibilities: Collaborate with various PwC offices and stakeholders to research, analyze and evaluate immigration, tax, payroll, regulatory and other issues arising during cross-border engagements and other cross-border travel to the EMEA Maintain up-to-date reporting, liaise with engagement teams and internal stakeholders, collect data Recommend and develop solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of CBEA services Participate in various CBES communications projects , technologies and processesActively contributing to the team's activitiesRequirements: Fluent in English from B2 levelTechnical knowledge and work experience in at least one area relevant to cross-border services (e.g. immigration, international personal taxation, corporate tax or global mobility)Strong time management skills , flexibility in work and multitasking, ability to meet deadlines Organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build strong personal relationships with clients Proficiency in GSuite and MS Office. Will be a plus: Basic understanding of tax, immigration, labor laws or global mobility .Experience of working in a multinational organization with different cultures and virtual teams.
